This page explains how to request deletion of your account and data in the Deduzzle app by White Hat Management
(id com.whitehat.deduzzle), per Google Play requirements.
How to delete your account
- In the app: open Deduzzle → Profile → Delete account and confirm. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
- By email: if you cannot access the app, email whitehatmgmtllc@gmail.com from your associated address with subject “Delete Deduzzle account”. We process requests within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account and its identifier.
- Your synced progress (levels, stars, coins, streak, cromos) on the server.
- Your results and leaderboard scores.
What is retained
We may retain minimal data where required by law (e.g. store-managed purchase records) for the applicable
legal period. Backups containing your data are removed within 90 days.
Note
Progress saved only on your device (no account) is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
