This Privacy Policy explains how White Hat Management (“we”) handles information when you use the Deduzzle app (application id com.whitehat.deduzzle) and this website.

1. Controller

2. Data we process

  • Game progress (solved levels, stars, coins, streak, cromos). Stored on your device and, if you create an account, synced to our server.
  • Optional account: an identifier and the minimum data to authenticate you (token).
  • Technical data: device identifiers, app version, diagnostics and usage data to improve the game.
  • Advertising: if we show ads, the provider (e.g. Google AdMob) may process advertising identifiers and measurement, subject to your consent.
  • Purchases: in-app purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store; we do not receive your payment data.

3. Device permissions

Deduzzle does not need camera, microphone, contacts or location. It only uses network access to sync progress and, where applicable, show ads.

4. Purposes and legal bases

  • Provide the service and save your progress (contract).
  • Improve the game and fix bugs (legitimate interest).
  • Advertising and measurement (consent, via the cookie/consent banner).

5. Third parties

We may use analytics, crash-reporting and advertising providers (e.g. Google). Each processes data under its own policy. We do not sell your data.

6. Retention

We keep account data while the account is active. When you delete your account, we erase your synced progress from the server (see Delete account). Backups are removed within 90 days.

7. Account & data deletion

You can delete your account and data anytime in the app (Profile → Delete account) or by request at whitehatmgmtllc@gmail.com. See Delete account.

8. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You may access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and object to processing. Email whitehatmgmtllc@gmail.com to exercise them.

9. Children

Deduzzle is suitable for everyone. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without legally required consent. Contact us if you believe a child provided data and we will delete it.

10. Security

We use HTTPS and reasonable measures to protect your information.

We may update this policy; the current version is posted on this page.
